Comprising two separate buildings, the Round Tower is 7 storeys high with a lift and contains six 5-bed flats and the Square Tower is 5 storeys high (no lift) with one 4-bed and three 5-bed flats.
Both have communal lounge areas on the top floor and the communal laundry room is in the Square Tower. The towers are situated either side of the Garthdee House Annexe and car park access is via Entrance 3 off Garthdee Road.

There are a number of bike storage options on campus and include a mix of unsheltered, sheltered and secured storage as well as bike lockers in selected locations. More information on secure bike parking access can be obtained by e-mailing your query to transport@rgu.ac.uk

Facilities
Each flat has a communal kitchen and two toilets with sinks. Each room has a shower and a sink. Round tower flats have 5 bedrooms off a circular corridor and Square Tower flats have a central lounge area with 4 or 5 bedrooms off the lounge. Both towers have a communal lounge area on the top floor for all flat residents to use.
With only 49 rooms available, these rooms are heavily in demand and unfortunately we are unable to offer them to everyone that requests them. The campus is located in a quiet residential area and there are no facilities out of hours so if you want easy access to social activities this may not be the best site for you. The quirky design of the Round Tower means the rooms have built in beds to accommodate the round walls – not ideal for taller people!
