About our classes
Aqua Aerobics
Low-impact, full-body workout in the pool that builds strength, improves flexibility, and gets your heart pumping. Water’s natural resistance makes it gentle on joints while delivering powerful results.
Aqua Zumba
Latin-inspired dance moves in the water. This fun, low-impact class combines cardio and resistance training to burn calories, boost coordination, and lift your mood—all with minimal strain.
Barre Fitness
Taught using the Barre intensity method, the class combines attributes of Pilates, dance and functional fitness with large movements to raise the heart rate and small isolated movements to fatigue and shape the muscle. High intensity but low impact class.
Body Attack
The sports inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises.
Body Balance
Workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centred and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout.
Body Pump
Body pump is a fast-paced, weight-based workout that’s specifically designed to help you get lean, toned and fit. It uses a combination of motivating music and scientifically proven moves to help you achieve these targets more quickly than you would working out on your own.
Body Step
A full-body, high-energy workout that blends basic stepping with cardio, strength, and conditioning. It’s a fun, sweat-inducing way to build endurance, tone muscles, and boost overall fitness.
Cardiac rehabilitation
Classes are medically supervised with programs offering a combination of personalized exercise, education on heart-healthy lifestyles, and emotional support following a cardiac event or surgery.
Chair-Based Yoga
A gentle, supportive yoga practice using a chair to help improve flexibility, balance, and mobility. Perfect for beginners, older adults, or anyone with limited movement—this class makes yoga accessible and safe for all.
Chillates
A smooth blend of yoga, Pilates, and dance set to a chillout soundtrack. This mind-body workout improves flexibility, core strength, and coordination while helping you de-stress and move with ease.
Circuits
This circuit style class you will move through a series of timed exercises with minimal rest. Each station targets a different muscle group, creating a fast paced, full body workout that will build your strength and boost your cardiovascular fitness. With every class offering progressions and regressions this is a fun and dynamic for all levels of ability.
Core Strength
Focused exercises that build stability, balance, and posture. This class strengthens your abs, back, and glutes to support everyday movement.
Hatha yoga
Gentle practice with yoga postures practicing pranayama breathing and meditation. Suitable for all levels, including complete beginners and older adults.
HIIT
A fast‑paced, full‑body workout designed to get your heart pumping and energy soaring. Short bursts of high‑intensity exercises are paired with recovery periods to maximise results in minimal time. Perfect for building strength, boosting fitness, and leaving you feeling energised — all in under an hour.
HIIT Step
30-minute high intensity interval workout using bodyweight and an optional step.
Indoor Cycling
High-intensity cardio on a stationary bike, set to energizing music and led by a motivating instructor. Build lower-body strength, and boost endurance—all in a fun, fast-paced group setting.
LIIT
This Low Intensity Interval Training class offers a guided flow though simple, joint-friendly exercises. Each exercise focuses on controlled movement, light stretches to improve mobility - perfect for beginners or those wanting a gentler and steadier workout.
Panache Dance
A showbiz-style dance class featuring iconic stage and screen music. With easy-to-follow choreography and full-body movement, it’s a fun, expressive way to stay fit—no dance experience needed.
Pilates
Pilates is a form of a mind-body approach to exercise, which focuses on balance, posture, strength and flexibility. Pilates emphasises breath, core conditioning and body awareness increasing confidence. It is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels.
Pilates in Motion
A flowing, full-body workout that enhances posture, core strength, and coordination. This dynamic take on Pilates emphasizes mind-body connection and movement precision to improve flexibility, balance, and mental clarity.
Advanced Pilates
A fast-paced fusion of traditional Pilates, strength training, and cardio. Sculpt lean muscle, elevate your heart rate, and challenge your core—all while improving agility and total-body control.
Restorative Yoga
A gentle, passive yoga practice that uses props to fully support the body in deeply relaxing poses. Held for extended periods, it’s designed to reduce stress, calm the nervous system, and promote total mind-body restoration.
Slow Flow Pilates
Move mindfully through slow, deliberate Pilates sequences that deepen core engagement and muscle control. Ideal for beginners or those seeking a more meditative practice, it strengthens the body while calming the mind.
Steady & Ready
A stability-focused class designed to build confidence in movement. Ideal for those looking to improve balance, coordination, and strength in a calm, supportive environment. Great for active aging or post-rehab fitness.
Strength & Stretch
A balanced blend of resistance training and flexibility work. Build muscle tone and improve range of motion while releasing tension and enhancing recovery.
Technogym
A guided fitness class using air based resistance machines for those with reduced strength who wish to slowly build muscle strength and shape.
Total Body Workout
An exercise session that targets all major muscle groups (back, legs, chest, shoulders, arms, and core) in a single workout.
Vinyasa yoga
You’ll flow continuously through strong sequences of traditional Sun Salutations and standing postures, linking breath with movement and build strength and endurance as you push the edge of your balance and flexibility.
Yin Yoga
Slow, meditative stretches held for longer periods to target deep connective tissues. Yin Yoga enhances flexibility, joint health, and emotional balance while calming the nervous system and reducing stress.
Yoga for Sport
Boost athletic performance and prevent injury with targeted yoga that enhances flexibility, core strength, and stability. This focused practice zeroes in on sport-specific muscle groups and movement patterns to keep you strong, agile, and game-ready.
Zumba
High-energy blend of aerobic exercise and global rhythms. Zumba improves coordination, lifts your mood, and torches calories—no dance experience required, just bring the joy.
Book a class
If you have a membership, you are entitled to book classes up to 7 days in advance, this can be done by registering online or at the reception desk at ÐßÐßÊÓÆµ SPORT.
Non-members can book classes up to two hours in advance and must be paid when booking.
Cancellation
Classes must be cancelled 24 hours in advance or you will be charged.
